| AAUW is open to all graduates who hold an associate, baccalaureate or a higher degree from an accredited college or university. Student affiliation is available to undergraduates enrolled in a two-or four-year college or university. In principle and in practice, AAUW values and seeks a diverse membership. There shall be no barriers to full participation in this organization on the basis of gender, race, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability. Membership is not by invitation. | If dues have already been paid in one branch and they transfer within the year, no additional dues are due within the same state.
